We will try to send you a confirmation that we will come at the specified time, although we may not be able to send your confirmation until the day of or late the night before. We’ll try to confirm at least 8 hours in advance.

Remember, we will come pick up your directly from your room or apartment based on the time you told us. Please plan ahead or blitz Ben Schwartz right away with any changes.

We usually do evening pickups, after 5pm. If you must leave books outside your door because you are unavailable, please place them after 5pm if possible (as we do not want to cause a “fire hazard”).
